Which wide angle lens is this?

I believe the video is from about 2009 and on his page said hmc150.
I figured he's using a wide adapter on a 150 to get those shots but I may be totally wrong.
Can a ~.5 adapter on a 150 do that?
Presently I'm using Sony action cams to get those wide type shots but I want to be able to do it with either my hmc150 or Sony nex ea50u

Would this lens get similar wide shots like that?
