Which shoulder rig is better?

Hello -

I'm going to be purchasing a new shoulder rig, and It's come down to two types:

I'm assuming they are both the exact same except the color (blue to orange).

This will be used with my Canon 7D

My budget is only $200-250, and these include everything I need. I know their are much better ones out there, but I'm only a freelance starting up an trying to save costs. If you know of a better, same price or around the same price, please feel free to link me.

Does anyone have these and what do they think of them ?? I'm making the purchased this weekend, so I would love to hear everyone's thoughts.

This is what I think I'm gonna do:

Gonna purchase this ePhoto http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009OK1Q5A/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&smid=A3JD14OD11FZKR rig because it has a counter weight on it which the others do not. Also has the follow focus (which the others do too), and this is priced cheaper.

Then, for the matte box http://www.amazon.com/Matte-Support...d=1354985711&sr=1-2&keywords=ephoto+matte+box same by ePhoto, for $31.

Price total is roughly $180 (I have prime, so free 2 day shipping).

Saving me a total of $30-40, AND coming with a counter weight as well. Not bad of a find.
