Which of Barry's books to buy?!

Hello,

I've started working at a company where the HVX-200 is the standard camera. I'd like to learn more about the machine through one of Barry's books and his DVD, but I'm not exactly sure what to use.

should i get the HVX book and DVD:

Basically, I'd like to get more familiarized with the camera and it's menus and whatnot. Thanks for any advice!!

The Bootcamp DVDs don't include a book, they're video DVDs.

The BootCamp DVD vol.1 covers largely what's in the book, but in a different way. Some people want to keep a book with them in their camera bag at all times, others won't read a 284-page book and instead just want to see the features demonstrated and learn interactively with side-by-side footage comparisons, etc. So it's largely the same material, but presented in a different way.

For an HPX170 user, the book has been updated to cover what's new/different in the 170, whereas the DVDs only cover the HVX200.
