Which lens adapter?

Hi - I have three Nikon lenses that I was hoping to use on my AF100.

1 - 50mm prime lens (D)
2 - 85mm macro lens (G)
3 - 18-200mm lens (G)

I bought a nikon to micro 4/3 lens adapter that I believed was for Nikon G series lenses (and it says 'G' on it). It was $60 and it doesn't have aperture control.

The problem: I can't find any way of adjusting aperture when I put either my G series lenses onto this adapter...the camera says 'invalid' when I tried to use its inbuilt aperture control, the lens adapter has no aperture control, and neither do the G series lenses.

Do I need to get a different adapter? Is there one adapter I can get that will let all my lenses (and others I get) work?

Thanks for any tips!!

Looking at the B&H website, I see 3 brands of Nikon-to-E mount adapters selling for about $60:

FotodioX -- has a bright blue aperture ring.
Vello -- has an aperture ring, which is the same color as the adapter.
Bower -- (the photo shows the name Kipon) does not seem to have an aperture ring.

Is your adapter one of these brands?

EDIT: WHOOPS! I thought you were talking about an FS7. My bad.

OK, now I've got my AF100 thinking cap on.
In the $60 price you mentioned, the only adapter on B&H is the FotodioX. I haven't used it, but the photo shows an adapter with a blue ring. The words "Nik(G) - MFT" are on the barrel. Is this what you have?
I have the Novoflex adapter, which does have an aperture ring, but that adapter costs a lot more (and the lens-release lever is a pain to operate).
BTW, I think Texas Media Systems might have a wider selection of this type of adapter. Can you give us a description or photo of your adapter?

What's written on the lens adapter I have is: 'Nikon(G)-m4/3' and the word 'Pixoo' although since Googling 'pixoo' only gives results from a brand called 'Pixco' I must assume that Pixco made it and they've just labelled it in a pretty illegible way.

Thanks.

I had never heard of Pixoo or Pixco. I see that the Chinese company "Pixco" has a website, and they list a few lens adapters, but not the one you have. Maybe their site isn't complete. I don't know what to tell you. My expensive Novoflex works, but the tiny, stiff lens-release lever tears up my thumbnail when I change lenses. Maybe try another adapter, like the FotodioX or Kipon.

OK, a couple of things here...

1. when using non-m43 lenses, make sure to turn "LENS CHECK" to "OFF" under the "OTHER FUNCTIONS" menu
2. Usually, Nikon G adapters have to be set to the fully closed position prior to mounting the lens
3. If your Nik adapter has no aperture ring, then it's only for Nikon F (regardless of its labelling)
4. IMO, the best adapter currently available is the Metabones, excellent fit and finish and operability, its aperture cam is the best I've used... and not too horribly expensive:

Avoid the Fotodiox adapters. Their standard version needed modification with a dremel to even open the aperture fully, and their "pro" version actually came apart on me (as in, the front and back half separated at the aperture ring)
