Which internal hard drive to buy for my hp xw8200?

[triplej96]

I searched around but couldn't find a clear answer. Then again I'm not to familiar with the different internal hard drives out there. My xw8200 came with two 250 gb internal drives. I need an extra media drive what is the best one to get that will cooperate with my xw8200 and Avid?

Thanks!
