Which DVX to get?

I'm interested in obtaining a dvx camera. As I'll be outputting my metirals to both PAL and NTSC formats, I wanted to know which model should I get?
Basically, which format is easier/achieves best results when converting - NTSC to PAL, or PAL to NTSC?

I guess Pal has a lil more resolution but u don't get 24p on PAL u get 25p which is the standard frame rate for Europe.

you can always export either way on your NLE
