GH3 Which adapter needed for Modern Nikon Lens?

I guess like using most adapters the auto focus won't work. Is there anything else? My lenses nikon lenses have no aperture ring. I would almost sell my Nikon 70-200vr for a good 2.8 Lumix lens

I did just that...sold my nikon 24-70 to be able to procure most likely a 35-100. Haven't yet though, waiting on project coming in before spending any more.

I was thinking about the 12-35 2.8 which is like the 24-70. But I want more on the wide side.

You need a Nikon G to M 4/3 adapter it will have a built in ring for aperture, the down side is it won't have markings. I use one of these with my Tamron 17-50. The one I use is a cheap ebay Rainbow Imaging adapter but I don't recommend it. Mine has more play than I would like.

It's possible to calibrate and mark the simple aperture ring adapters... Easier on the AF100 since it will give a spot IRE reading, but possible. Even though the marks wind up close together, it can be quite repeatable.

I think the bonus with this method is that you get a true T-stop scale. I did this when I was using the AF100 with some Nikon mount Tokinas.
