i have never seen a banner ad on here, or any other dv message board for any dolley.
your best bet is to buy that build it yourself camera support book.
there are some great plans on building your own, an alternative is www.dvmoves.com
i don't know the dvmoves product personally but it looks like a great alternative for someone who isn't a big do-it-yourselfer.
you still need to do some assembly but it is a sweet looking kit.

that dolly looks a little cheesy. The camera crane they make doesn't look to bad. I am talking about the www.dvmoves.com site.

i made one out of rollerblade wheels and a right angle bracket.
i doubled up on the brackets so there are 4 sets of axels, theory being that it would generally distribute the weight better and more importantly if you have multiple sections of pvc pipe the transition might be more graceful.
