Where's my DVX rebate stuff?

I purchased a DVX100a from Rush at EVS in mid-May. I received the rebate check about three weeks later but have not received the tapes or battery. I'm wondering if I'm the only one who has yet to receive the tapes and battery or if this is a typical situation. It's been almost three months and I would like to get the stuff before I leave for Athens, Greece on a six-week project starting August 22nd.

I ordered mine from B&H on May 5th, received the check but not the Batteries and Tapes....I could really use them too!!! :cry:
 
I ordered mine in late may and have not received anything! $300 would come in handy right now. Is there a number to call? I tried doing a search but yielded no results. A single tear.
 
Tony, thanks for the link and phone number, I just checked the link and it said my check was issued on 7/7, almost a month ago...should I get concerned yet? All the contact info is right? CRAP FACTORY!
 
No stuff here either. I think this is startnig to work against Panasonic. It has been more than 3 months (filed my rebate May 5th), don't care about tapes at all, but I ended up buying an extra battery anyway so the value of this stuff in minimal/useless. It makes future offers very suspect.

I just talked with my rep Cathy at Panasonic. She said that there were so many cameras sold during the giveaway, in addition to the normal sales, that all the batteries and AMQ tapes are out. She apologized for the delay. She said they will coming from Japan soon, and they will fill all the giveaways. Will any EVS customers who have not received their giveaways yet please send me at rush@evsonline.com a simple email titled "giveaway" with the following info:

Your Name
Your Address
Phone Number
EVS Invoice Number
Date purchased DVX
Date registered DVX
DVX Serial Number

No more info please. One email per customer regarding this issue. :thumbsup:

All $300 rebate issues have to be discussed with the rebate center. Panasonic Rebate HelpDesk (866)339-4296.

Please send me only giveaway discrepancies. I will forward the email as it is to Panasonic.

My check was issued on the same date and I received it yesterday - hopefully a good sign for you considering we live in the same region. Good luck!

And this subject just got more annoying. I have a 10-12 hour corp shoot scheduled in about 3 weeks. With my 4 hr DVXuser battery and one hour std battery, I am gonna be squeezed. No hope for AC power. Someone at Panny please get your crap together!!!! If after almost 4 months I still have to buy another battery, I am gonna be a less than 100% Panny customer.
