Where to transfer MiniDV to HDcam, Digibeta, etc.?

Hello, all. Just doing some research for film festival submisssion purposes. If I need to transfer MiniDV footage to HDcam and/or Digibeta for film festival projection, where can I get this done? Do you know any good companies / post-houses that provide this kind of service in the NYC area? Also, roughly how much does it cost for a 100 minute feature shot on MiniDV? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I'd like to know about this too, I recently saw a film festival short which the producer submitted on DVD. They transferred from DVD to beta and it turned the whole damn film BLUE. That certainly impressed upon me the need to get your transfer right.
