Where to set the pull down?

EX1 1080/24P in 35mbps mode is straight 24p, no 60i and no pulldown. EX1 1080/24p in 25mbps mode is 3:2 pulldown embedded in 60i. EX1 720/24p is straight 24p.

Since the SP mode in 60i, I have to setup the project in Avid as 60i. So where do I change the pull down so that the project is 24P? So do I change the project's pull down settings or only when I export the sequence out and I want 24P?
