My friend recently dropped my dvx100b on the ground from about 5 feet. The zoom no longer works and everything from the zoom ring up is loose and can detach from the camera. The eyepiece is also cracked.
I need to send it in for repair but I can't figure out where (the address of the factory). Also how does sending it in for repair work, do I get an estimate first?
