I was interested in purchasing the kit#6 from the audio thread above,but I am having trouble finding the individual pieces. Can anyone direct me to the best deals/websites for each of these items? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
 
Prices and some specs have changed since that post was first published.

You can get the Oktava from www.sound-room.com at a slightly higher price than $180, but you are paying for quality control/assurance.

Then check with dvestore.com for a Rode NTG-2 kit that includes boom pole, shock-mount, and fur-covered windscreen. The NTG-2 is essentailly the same as the NTG-1 except that it also takes a AA battery (NTG-1 is phantom only). They list it as their "location sound package 1."
