Where to look for writers for a small assignement?

Anyone can pinpoint where else beside here (for "here" read below) that i could search for writers?

Basically I need a writer to write a 3-5 page treatment of a project taking 30 or so pages of stuff that was written and boiling it down into a coherent story that stays true to the vibe.

To learn more about the project:

I'm looking for someone who knows the rules of dramatic screenwriting and understands stakes, drama, arcs but also understands the limitations of those devices - people who know the dramatic arc but quite frankly are bored with it. He/she is not afraid to explore alternative ways of telling stories (think of New Wave then expand on it as the idea is not to create a sentimental journey into film making past bur rather reflect our changing outlook on current times). He/she understands the importance of a "story" as the glue that holds the film together but knows that it's the bricks (moments of significance) that make the film worthwhile (I looking for certain kind of sensibility and poetry).

So if interested hit me up at my email. Send samples in specific genre, here: experimental-drama.
Yes, there is a small stipend for your work (though if definitely won't make you rich).

To reach me, it's best to email me: patrykrebisz@yahoo.com

Let me see if I can sum this up. You don't have a script, but you have some rough material and you are looking for someone to make a working 3-5 page treatment with all the right beats etc. If I'm understanding, you are looking for someone to essentially write a sellable treatment that can work as a basic outline for a completed script. But you don't need someone to write the script? Shoot me an email with your specifics I may be able to help.

Yeah. What you said. Convert 30 pages of rough material into a treatment.

Also 'yes' to "script at some point" but script = $$$$ while treatment = $, so unless $$$$$ materializes we take it one step at a time.
