Where to get HVX serviced? Broken headphone jack, etc.

I have 3 HVX's, all out of warranty (one just barely) and they all have similar problems. The headphone jack on every one does not work properly. On one, it works about 10% of the time, if the stars align, one 50%, one only fails when I need it most :Drogar-Dum(DBG):

I am also getting the auto T-lock error on 2 of them, including one that barely ever shoots tape. These appear to be common problems, I am in Nashville and there are no service centers near here, where have you guys sent your cameras to solve these issues? I can find service centers on the website but I would like to deal with someone who has had these exact issues addressed/repaired. I always had great luck with Canon service but when I called 2 Panny repair places I got very uneducated responses ("I dunno nothing about the parts for the T-lock, I would just have to look it up, I charge $99 an hour but I cant even guess at the parts.")
