Where to find Soundtrack/Score Music???

[Kholi]

Can't believe I can't find the site I'm looking for. Hunting for a place that's got a lot of royalty free soundtrack / score music. Trying to find some examples of stuff that I want to use just in case I can't get permission to use others.

Any help?

Sony has a large loop and sample collection. You can find the cinematic stuff here, but there are many genres. M-Audio puts out 'ProSession' sound libraries. I've also bought some interesting stuff from Discovery Sound like the '8 Bit Family' chiptune sample collection.

GOnna check out Discovery Sound. Funny, first thing I was going to go after was a Chiptune soundtrack, but changed directions for something a bit more nostalgic. I may end up going back to a Chiptune soundtrack in the end for ease and... well... budget.

So many artist that I like: 8-Bit Weapon, Tettix, Sabrepulse, Mux Mool's got a bit of a ChipTune Flare too.

Thanks for the recs!

No worries. Sony actually put out a loop and sample collection called '8 Bit Weapon'.

Don't know what kind of music you're looking for, but there's some decent stuff there that's priced right. Especially if you're working on a tight budget.

No idea where to find stuff, but if you want original music, I won't charge you to score it.

I always use this. Tons of stuff. Cheap prices. Most of it is pretty good quality, just be prepared to do a lot of searching--

Some others mentioned the Sony stuff. I agree...many of the discs are useful, not just the ones "for movies"

I use productiontrax.com.
