I have been using the bounce board I have now a lot and I want to make a better more durable one. I want One side to be white and one side black. Any ideas or links to where I can buy one or find the materials to make a good one

Go to home depot, buy a 4x8 piece of 1" foam insulation, it comes with a silver side, which works great for bounce, you can paint the other side white, or black. I have seen these used on network television shows. Then go to the aluminum isle, and look for the aluminum channel, it fits over the edge of the foam board perfect, which will protect it from getting all chewed up and strengthen it at the same time. Oh, and your gonna be better off if you cut it down, maybe to 4x4, or whatever.

A "better" art store that serves graphic artists will often have double thick foam core that's black on one side, white on the other. Handy.

I've been 'encapsulating' my crawl space (you seal it with this thick white vinyl sheeting so you only have to insulate the perimeter for warm floors). The vinyl comes in rolls that are 12' by 100'. Bright white with a mesh grid molded in for strength. Occurred to me if you ever need a 30' reflector...
