I bought mine from a professional video specialist shop in Ratingen (close-by to Dusseldorf and Köln - very easy to get to by either car or train). I paid just over 4000 Euros. What's different about this place is that you are dealing with the owner/manager, and he knows his stuff and is helpful. When I actually went to pick-up the camera, he let me open the box and check it out first before I handed over the money. I don't know about Belgium, but this sort of service is very rare in Germany! I also bought a nice Porta-Brace case and extra batteries. Highly recommended. Here's the contact info:

Whatever you decide, I would HIGHLY recommend you buy from a recommended, professional dealer who isn't just interested in moving boxes. If you have to pay a couple of extra bucks, it's worth it to get personalized service.

Of course, you realize that Oleg runs a chain of falafel and Sabich shops near said beach.
Seriously, though, before you fly off to beautiful Tel-Aviv, you may want to check with Panasonic and make sure your warranty is still valid in Belgium.
