Where should Wedding/Event section live?

Assuming Jarred gives his thumbs up for a new Wedding/Event section in DVXuser, where do you think it should live?
 
I don't think any of those places are right. There should be a "business" section, IMO. Weddings & Events are probably the primary way that DVXUser members are making a living with their cameras, so I would think it would deserve its own category of "business/working", with maybe sub-categories for weddings, events, commercials, corporate film, etc.
 
I wouldnt care for a wedding section, but live events under a business section just like barry said would be better suited to keep them seperated and easy to read through.
 
I voted for Filmmaking. They already have ENG and Docs in there, so why not? Weddings are ENG, only more cinematic in shooting and editing.

I think that's a great idea Barry. I'd add Biographies/Memorials -- a quickly growing market -- to that subsection mix as well.

Can you use your Moderator Superpowers to add a fourth option?

4. Wholesale reoganization! -- New "Business/Working" Section with subsection homes for everyone.

I think something under "live events" would work as well - either that or a business section. Let's face it, wedding videographers exist, and they frequent the site. Perhaps this type of organization will help them find the info they need, and they could then post their questions for other wedding-types where they'd be seen and answered perhaps more quickly.

Personally, I feel that the video dating section should be entirely seperate.

Barry, this wedding & Event forum is way overdue!!

I don't care where you put it as long as it exists on DVX User. Why should I be subscribing to so many other forums (DV Info, Video Uni, XL Cinema) just to talk about my events business experience when I've already built up a reputation here??!! So much wasted time when there are weddings waiting to be edited.

Indy movie/doc makers don't seem to be interested in the events business anyway so this group is an excellent idea.

I think it should be one general forum, doesn't matter where. Just one central location for clips, tips, business info and advice. Everything wedding videography related in one area.
