Where do I download the "C" settings firmware patch?

Hey everyone. I'm new to Ptools. I downloaded the 1.21 firmware update on the Panasonic website and tried to load that into Ptools to change the firmware to the "C" settings but, when I try to load it into Ptools I get a "Wrong file or already patched" error message. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

If you are using a GH1 you need to start with the 1.32 firmware.
