Where did my timecode display go?

Strange thing happened this afternoon. Set my camera to FREE RUN for a shoot and when I came out of the menu setting, no counter display. Nothing. Had a "rec" light to go by, but that was it. A little unnerving. Now I can't seem to get it back even when I re-set to REC RUN. My other camera guy can't figure it out either. What am I overlooking? Thanks.
 
Oh, now, that's a handy thing to know! I had your book with me, Barry, but under time pressure I couldn't find that piece of info.
