yeah, i've seen some non academic versions of AE and combustion on ebay for dirt cheap. I even emailed people that bought them to ensure they are legit. all had positive things to say about the seller. No problems registering at all. Man, Combustion3 for 300 bucks? I'm in as soon as my taxes come back

best bet is if you have a family member etc. who is a teacher or student.

Careful with ebay though. Just got scammed purchasing Vegas. Advertised as New, but really a bootleg. Make sure they have a good number of ratings and pay with a method that will give you consumer protection.
