Where can I get a fast remote pan tilt for a dslr?

[dajavudesigns]

I want one faster than kesslers 1800 dollar revolution tilt, hopefully as fast as varizoom cinemapro http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nv5eE9cWIQI but without all the features and 20k price tag

just need one that has speed controls and adjustable sensitivity and can memorize a camera move or 2 or even a few

Bescor has some ElCheapo pan heads, don´t know hoe fast they are though.
