Well, I've been planning on buying this for a while, and I finally have the funds to get this head with a really nice set of Miller Solo CF legs. Anyways, long story short, I got a phone call about a project on September 4th that will need a reliable head.

I've been looking everywhere online, and I CANNOT find any reliable place that is shipping this head by itself. I see it with the leg-head Vinten kit, but not the head by itself. If any of you guys can point me to a place that has it in stock, I will love you forever. I've spent the last 3 hours on google with no luck, so I'm either absolutely stupid or I'm sh*t out of luck because no one actually has it.

Thanks again, to anyone who takes the time to help me out.

Have you thought about renting what you need just for this project? No sense in rushing into something under that tight of a deadline, especially if you cannot get what you want and are going to have to compromise. Give yourself some time if you can.

the legs that come with the Vinten are good & solid but Id imagine weigh a lot more than the carbon fibre Millers. Great tripod head
