Where are we with delivery?

I'm trying to get a clue as to where we are with Panny delivering cameras, cards and monitors. I ordered an hvx200, 2 16 gig cards and the BTLH80W monitor from an Authorized dealer in phoenix end of May, beg of June. When I ordered them I was told the camera would be there the next day, the rest by the end of June. Obviously, that didn't happen. I've also been watching the community here very closely, so I was fully aware they probably wouldn't be arriving when promised. My dealer tells me Panny is giving them the run around as well, so Im turning to the best source I can think of...you!

It seems the cards are finally being delivered to the rebate people who ordered before the end of March. Is anyone else getting cards? HPX buyers? HVX buyers?
I keep hearing about that earthquake that immediately dried up all cameras, are there any dealers out there getting cameras now? I'm trying to get an idea of how long I'll be waiting. My dealer tells me they have 20 orders after me and they're having trouble getting Panny to even talk to them. *sigh*

And finally, has anyone got delivery of the monitors yet? It a very exciting product, albeit expensive, can't wait to hear how people like it in the real world.

I feel a little guilty whining about not getting anything after only having waited a month plus, as some people have waited a lot longer. But, it would be nice to get an idea of how much longer it's going to be before I can start making money.

I am not sure about the cameras, though I have heard that Full Compass had a few recently. I received 3 16gb cards from Abel-Cine on July 3rd. I was on a list only for about 3-4 weeks, so the wait was not so bad for me.

I heard the BTLH80W is supposed to be hitting US retailers soon, but have not heard anything from Abel yet (I am also on the list for that).

It seems there are a few dealers getting some cameras and cards, just not the guys I ordered it from. Patience is a virtue here.
Its a little concerning that Panny wont reply to the dealer, but then again I'm sure they're hearing from a lot of dealers about now.
It's not to the point of canceling the order from my local guys, especially since buying local was a big part of my decision. It is, however, difficult to see cameras sitting idle on a store shelf while I wait and wait without even a peep from Panny.
 
We just received fifteen 16GB cards from Birns & Sawyer and I bought my own HVX-200 froom Abel. From my experience, there have been plenty of cards and cameras around, sounds like you may be buying from the wrong dealer.

The monitor? Haven't heard anything about those being available yet.
