Where are my settings wrong?

I hope someone here has had this problem and figured it out. I can't figure this out and am done trying to rack my brain on it... no matter what I shoot DV, DVCPRO50, DVCPROHD (720 or 1080) when I import the MXF it says that it is 16:9 clip in P2 Viewer and they look 16:9. I then convert the files with CIneform and somehow they turn into 4:3 clips. I thought at first it was a Cineform setting, however I was just playing around with scene files and switched the dial and the next 2 clips I imported were 16:9 and converted to 16:9 just as I want.

What setting could I possibly be overlooking in the camera? Sorry for the lengthy post below...

Thanks in advance!!!

Record Format is 480i/60i- DVCPRO50 (but I get the same results if I change it to DV or DVCPROHD, too)

Aspect ratio has nothing to do with the scene files. If it says 16:9 in the HVX, and it says 16:9 in the P2 Viewer, and it says 4:3 in CineForm, then it's CineForm that introduced the error.

That's what I thought at first, but I thought it was weird that when I changed a scene file it worked. I will try to take it up with Cineform. Hopefully I can get this figured out soon as I am leaving out of the country next week on a shoot!!!

Thanks for your input, Barry.

Can anyone tell me where this option is in the menu? This is info that I pulled out of my user file... (see above post)
