Where and Which Metadata are in the AVCHD structure

I know the videos are in the MTS files. What metadata are recorded and where can they be found?

The real question seems to be how one can read the CLIPINF/*.CPI files.

Within the AVCHD Viewer software there is a Metadata creation part where you can create the data you want and then upload that to the camera. Hope that helps.
