I'm curious when most people plan on shooting their films (you can pick more than one month).

We just finished principal photography, but we still need to get some inserts and exteriors next month.
 
As far back in Jan as I can push it. I am hopefully casting this week, but have a lot of production design decisions to make, storyboarding, etc. And I am probably building a set for one room.

We're holding auditions to fill out our cast and have scheduled shooting in January. We're trying to use the time between now and then productively and so far we're pretty happy with our progress.

I had some concerns about this fest given the holiday season and uncertainty over the theme. However, it's turning out to be really interesting with so many fascinating entries already. Good choice Barry and everyone else involved!
 
We are shooting this coming monday. The weather is going to be almost 60 here in Illinois. Maybe some showers, but the newest forecast has the rain monday night. Anything above 50 and cloudy is what I wanted.
 
We will shoot on the 12th and 13th and all over the 14th through the following week based on everyone's schedules.

We are using outdoor found sets and a set we have to dress. Shooting outdoors in Montana in the Winter can always be a challenge.
