Personal needs determine your choice, I personally work always with cine-like gamma because they give better dynamic range, type v has stronger colors
and more contrast, which I love, some times I use this combined with DRS 1 or 2, type d is flatter when contrast is too hard and you can also use DRS 1 or 2
DRS 3 in any case increases to much the noise.
