GH5 When the new update for GH5?

[FoxAdriano]

Hi, does anyone know when the new G5 update will come out and what will it be? Thanks

I assume you mean the next version of the GH5 camera. Going by past GHx upgrade cycles the next version usually arrives every 2-3 years, so there's a good chance we will see a GH6 in 2020. I'm hoping it will be Spring 2020.

I'd like to summarize it as such: "Important news from Panasonic about the GH MFT line: There is no news!".

Panasonic obviously thinks they can make a fortune by selling full-frame cameras and lenses in thinking that long-time Panasonic customers will jointly burn all their MFT lenses and cameras and rush into the stores to get their full-frame cameras and lenses.

Needless to say, all those full-frame cameras and lenses are all out of stock and there is a large waiting list for it.......oh wait!

Hi, does anyone know when the new G5 update will come out and what will it be?

Or are you asking when the next firmware update will be for the GH5? Or for the G5 (not the GH5)?
