I had an advisor in college who told me that 'perhaps Computer Science is not what I am cut out for.' I was getting terrible grades at the time, and it was one of those talks you get before Double Secret probation.

Anyway, that pissed me off so bad that I relentlessly pursued the field, to the point where there's definately still some of my code running on hardware whizzing about the planet. Let's see that advisor do better.

Yes that is me in my avatar. It was taken Halloween weekend last year, just before going out. It was taken just because, no special reason other than maybe I was dressed up. :happy:

So should I thank you for not putting your photo up and for spearing our feelings, seeing as you would not want to break all of our hearts?

I'm from ATL as well... Yeah the traffic is a bit of a mess downtown... where are you from originally?

I'm in the ATL a lot, and the only good thing to say about the traffic is that when its not completely stopped, you can usually get away with 90-100 on the byapass. The cops can't stop all of us! Humidity is awful down here, though. I'm moving to Canada. F it.

There's some youth ralley thing coming up down there... some week-long event that needs to be filmed. 16 cam setup. I'm not even sure I am going, because I'd miss a whole week of classes... and I never miss classes. lol

Although, it's an all-expense-paid trip... so idk. I need to email my professor for more details.
