Wheel Rig Recommendation?

Hey guys, I shoot music videos with a Canon 7D. I currently have a steady Dragon stabilizer for linear movements, but it's very limiting. It takes a lot of effort to balance, limits my freedom of motion, and doesn't work with too heavy of a load. I'm looking into one of those wheel rigs. I want to be able to two hand the rig and move in closer or farther away from my subject and be able to rotate the camera anyway I might want to. Maybe it doesn't have to actually be a wheel but something that I can two-hand and rotate the camera with stabilization. I would not like to spend more than $300 on this if possible. I want to see if you guys had any recommendations and if you can show me some test clips using one?

Thanks!

You should also take a look at the HaloRig which is smaller / cheaper than the Manfrotto FigRig. I own both and use the Mini HaloRig with my GH-2 camera. ( I use the FigRig with my HMC-150 camera )
