What's wrong with my GH1?

Ok, so I recently upgraded to the latest firmware, and went out to do some shooting around town with my GH1 with a 50mm FD 1.4 mounted on it with an adapter. At first the footage seemed fine, but after I took a video clip of a movie marquee all the video images got these really weird bars across it. I would call it banding, but that wouldn't do it just. Take a look at the images below, if you know what's going on, please let me know. The first image just shows that it had no problems at first, and then all of a sudden all the other video has the lines. Thanks for your input.

Shutter speed. Do a search so I don't have to rant again, but the short answer is: stick it on 1/60th and never ever change it.
