where have you been sending your emails?
Batteries have been offline for a while and this was posted. they will be coming back online soon. We have been in a transitional phase on several fronts, so rather than offering batteries and not being able to fulfill orders in a timely manner, they were taken offline.
A new online store will be launching soon (maybe in the next couple of weeks) and stock will shortly be on it's way as well. At that point, folks will be able to enjoy prompt order fulfillment as well as some other goodies on the way as well. Until the new infrastructure is in place to properly serve the customers, they remain offline however. If you need a battery now, I recommend shopping with one of our sponsors.
Later,
Jason
