What's the best FD adapter?

Well, since you don't want a eBay one I guess I shouldn't tell you that the FD adapter I got from ciecio7 to use with my GH1 has served me well for nearly two years and that it's a perfectly machined job, only two aluminum parts, no screws or pins that can come loose or that it has no play unlike the Panasonic Lumix 14-140 kit lens... Oh yeah, it's pretty inexpensive as well.

I've been loving my Novoflex FD adapter, however it is more expensive than the ciecio7 one.
I've been looking at that one, Novoflex has a good reputation.
What FD's are you using? Do they focus to infinity on the Novoflex?

85mm f1.8
70-210mm f4 which I am replacing with a 35-105mm f3.5
I have not checked focus to infinity, can't say I completely understand the issue to which you are referring. Tell me how you would test for it and I may be able to perform it on the weekend.
I'm just curious as to when you turn the focus to the end of the focus throw does the focus sit at infinity or does it reach infinity before the end of it's focus throw?

weather can cause infinity to shift. depending on how hot or cold it is. Im not talking a lot, but say a mil or too. Which can noticable on a lens.
...From what I've read infinity focusing was an issue when the ceicio7 adapter was first introduced, but the manufacturer has since taken steps to correct this. On the ceicio7 eBay site they now state: "Infinity focusing is guaranteed."
