GH3 What's new?

[NorBro]

Is there a hack for the GH3 yet? If not, are there any new hacks to the GH2? Website?

Thank you!

Thank you. Anyone here own a hacked GH2 and the BMCC or BMPCC?

Why am I seeing a more detailed/sharper image in a hacked, high-bitrate GH2 than those two cameras which are supposed to shoot 220mbps?

No news about the GH3 hack. At this point, I'm not expecting one.

The GH3 hack is in progress. It seems he's having trouble getting the firmware off of the GH3 in a usable way. Hes been "dumping" since like August. Unless, of course, he just scrapped it.

Thank you for the reminder chart. As you alluded, it's been a while since we heard anything about GH3 hack progress so I just gave up on it. It would be a nice surprise at this point.

Yes it would! Im a little surprised he hasnt done it yet. With its more powerful processor, lower noise, and tad bit extra dynamic range, the GH3 seems like it could surpass the best the GH2 has to offer with a HBR hack.

Higher bit rates would be welcome although I'd love to just have the option to keep the display info from disappearing after 10s.

No update since September - I think its a dead end.

My made issues are no 30fps via the HDMI port and sync limit of 1/160
