GH2 What would be the focal length be of Zeiss Zoom LWZ.2 15-45mm with MFT mount?

Nope it would still be a focal length of 15-45. BUT, its field of view equivalent would be a 30-90mm lens.

it would end up being a 15-45 mm
mounting it on the GH2 does't change the value of the focal length, it changes the angle of the view.
The long answer you will the equivalent to a 28-86.2mm from a full frame still camera and a 16.7-50.1mm from a 35mm movie camera.
See that the values of "equivalent" you mentioned are for still pictures only (and 5DmkII) which are so far away form the values of hollywoodian film cameras.

Phenix, can we clarify this? My numbers arent precise - but precise would be 30.1mm How are you getting 28?

I used an iPhone app called pCam.
But yes I did the calculation between the width of the GH2 sensor and the width of the other formats.
