What video Head fir GH3

Hi, i have a tripod/monopod triopo and i bought time ago a video head manfrotto HDV501
That seems a really bih head to work with my new gh3. Especially when using monopod to move quick this head might be not really confortable
I havent really use it yet, may be i'll get used but probably a smaller head will work better
what do you think?
in case what head would you suggest?

A good fluid head cost a lot of money but it's a buy it once and done kind of purchase. The 501 is entry level and should work fine for your GH3 camera. The price goes up a lot from their. Check out the Benro heads and tripods. I haven't yet. The S6 looks good or the smaller S4. They have been out of stock for a while.
