I didn't want to hijack the BSG (Battlestar Gallatica, for those not in the know, like me) thread but Hudson's post got me thinking...

What TV do you watch?

A year ago I watched hardly anything but have built up a couple of series that I am into, so just curious... what do you watch?

My Must See TV:
Sopranos
Entourage
24
Nip/Tuck
Lost
Survivor (I'm ashamed, but I've been a junkie for years)

Survivor is great; no guilt here.

I am thinking of ordering HBO this month for the new place but have been junkying on their shows via DVD:

The Sopranos
Deadwood

I have also heard good things about Rome and Carnivale.

-

I do watch sports; but only the bigger games (Baseball, football, tennis, basketball, hockey) but am no means a junkie (Sitting on couch for hours trippin out)

-

I mainly will watch movies or play Battelfield type games as far as jell
entertainement goes. I'd say I watch tv less than 1 hour a week over the last year and a half.

Tv sucks for the most part. It is a little too vanilla.

I hardly watch TV, but I love Without a Trace. Sure, the writing is bad sometimes ... or quite often, but Anthony Lapaglia is one of those actors that I could watch in anything.

I'm looking forward to the premier of Shark with James Woods and Smith with Ray Liotta.

I can't believe I left out baseball from my list...

I'd say that so far I have missed 20 games this season, so 100+ Yankee games watched so far... Wow...

NETFLIX for the win.

Farscape (before sci-fi pulled the plug the bastards)

BSG

---------------------
Deadwood
Six Feet Under <--- HBO is the bomb
Entourage
Sopranos
----------------------

ER
Scrubs
The Office

None of these religiously though... nah when I'm serious about a TV show I just get the DVD. Screw waiting around.

Why is HBO ending Deadwood? Sheesh. I could watch that for another 5 years no matter how mundane or ridiculous the plots became. Al Swearingen (Ian McShane) is awesome.

Battlestar Galactica (Sci Fi)
Countdown With Keith Olbermann (MSNBC)
The Daily Show (Comedy Central)
The Colbert Report (Comedy Central)
C-SPAN

Okay, I'm a news (or fake news) junkie. You caught me.

Lost - Although, I'm not as excited about it anymore. My interest sort of tapered off during Season Two. I think it's seriously overhyped.
Veronica Mars - Great cast.
24 - I've only watched the first two seasons so far. I'm catching up on DVD.
Arrested Development - All three seasons on DVD!!
The Daily Show - Jon Stewart's still got it.
The Colbert Report - Great follow-up to Stewart.
The Office - I haven't seen the British version, but the US version is funny too.

24!!!!!!!!
Prison Break (hated first season, am getting into second season)
Lost (Loved first season, didn't so much like 2nd season)
Without a Trace (Like it a lot more than CSI)
Law & Order: Criminal Intent

American Idol
NFL
NBA (Playoffs)

MLB (SNY) - New York Mets
The Daily Show/Colbert Report
The Simpsons Reruns

Television has gotten really pretentious. I'm sorry, but I can't stand HBO and FX, along with all these other incredibly presumptuous shows that other networks are making to compete with. I don't really watch much TV thugh. I watch some stuff when I'm bored and there isn't much else to do. I mostly wach cartoons and the history channel. If Mystery Science Theater 3000 were still on, I'd be watching that. I like Twilight Zone reruns too.

i've got a bunch of shows i watch.

Sopranos
Late Night With Conan O'Brien
Tonight Show with Jay Leno
Jimmy Kimmel Live
occasionally Craig Ferguson
i'll only watch Letterman if there is someone on i'm interested in watching, because i HATE david letterman, he is not one bit funny to me and never will be...
Entourage
Two and a Half Men
I'll be watching Studio 60 On the Sunset Strip, cause it looks awesome
Friends repeats
The Simpsons
Family Guy
All Law and Order's
Crossing Jordan
Las Vegas
Lost
The Office
My Name Is Earl
The West Wing
Extras

a ton more that i'm forgetting. Twilight Zone repeats, X-Files repeats.... a ton of stuff
