I am very new to this so im sorry if i sound like an idiot. i am looking to start doing some shorts and the dvx100 seems like the way to go cause I want the coveted "film look". i have made some movies before but with an old 1 ccd Canon that doesnt really get the job done. I have adobe premier pro and after effects because I really love to edit but I need a great camera to go along with it. i only have about $2300 to spend right now and I dont know what to do. On ebay there are dvx100's and 100a's but they mostly have high hours and I dont know if I should trust them. how long are the heads usually good for on these babies? I would just like some of your opinions on what my best bet is. Is the difference in the 100b good enough to hold out and try to save for one new or should I try to get a good deal on a lightly used 100a. Any advice would be appreciated and thanks for your time.
