what the differences?

The second one is the weight of buyer jaw dropping on the scales on seeing the price. I love this lens, and I can get a good deal on it, but for video, I think I'm going with version one. Its cheaper and its parfocal which for video is great... mkii is not parfocal!! Again, I wil be using it 99.999% for video... I don't require the resolving sharpness of the mkii.. in my opinion of coarse, the mki is plentiful!!!
