What speed to slow down A7s 100ps PAL mode

Hey guys,
long time no post. I shot a wedding the other day and utilised for the first time the 100fps function (in 720p) of the A7s. Just wondering what speed I'm supposed to slow it down to. Or what percentage of speed should i slow it down to in premiere pro. I just can't get it looking right...
 
On the media panel, you can see the fps of each clip. Select the 100p clips, right click, then on modify > interpret footage, and on "assume this frame rate" you have to put the same number you have in your other clips (be it 23.976p or 25p). Then you bring the footage to your comp and it appears adequately slowed down.
