It going to be cc afterwards, do i in some way keep more information or something when i later will cc? its that why? and its really the way to go?

I believe that most folks are shooting -2 to keep the camera electronics from doing anything additional to the image. Attempts to alter or 'enhance' the image by on board processing can almost always yield unexpected/undesireable results. That's my 0.02 and about what its worth. If you are the the DP you can do whatever you want, DVXUser be damned. :)

If you are shooting anything with fine detail - setting the sharpness to +1 or +2 will result in a shimmering effect. I was testing with my dog & cat and +2 looks fine on a computer screen
but when transferred to mp4 and played on a 40" LCD you can really see a shimmering effect. The GH2 is resolving more detail than my HVX ever did.
Bottom line - test, test, test. If the TV spot ends up as SD you may not see a problem. But again I would shoot some tests and then deliver to your final format
before deciding.
