What settings for Youtube?

I'm going to be shooting some stuff fro you tube, does anybody here have a scene file setting that they use or any ideas on what will come out the best after it's been raped in the compression? I'm thinking quite light with everything on zero and cine v gamma then give it a bit of a tweak in post, but try keep the origional images as clean as possible?
