What sequence settings in FCP to mix HPX 170 and GH1 footage?

I have some footage that was recorded in 1080i 24 (not the advanced mode) and the GH1.

Following the settings Final Cut gives me for the GH1 gives me an image without interlaced artifacts but people's movement feels weird, the movement as a whole feels strange.

Anyone has any tips as to what the best settings would be to mix these formats on the same timeline?
 
I used the default settings in Log and Transfer to log both.

According to Final Cut the GH1 footage is in ProRes, but the HVX is in DVCPRO.

Is there an option to already log the HVX footage as ProRes?

I'm so lost... I'm almost finishing the project, so relogging 60% of the footage would make me miss my deadline.
