What Quick-Release plate are you using?

Hi guys,

Keen to pick people's brains on effective QR plates and adaptor for working with a rigged-up F3.

What's worked for you?

I use a Zacuto baseplate with a manfrotto quick release. I settled on this long ago for all my sticks and cameras: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/554151-REG/Manfrotto_357_357_Pro_Quick_Release.html

Although now that I went looking for that link for you, I'm excited to see that they make a long version. That's my only gripe with what I have now is that sometimes I shoot with a follow focus and matte box and when I do, quickly balancing is tough.
