What ND rolls for windows

I am going to buy a roll of ND for knocking down windows. All the times before I have used large rolls of ND we have just pulled them off the Grip truck. What ND gel do you like for covering windows

1.2 , .6 what do you guys like?

It's a hard call to make because every shot is different, but if you can only afford one roll, ND 6 is a good call, and my 2nd choice would be ND 9.

In my experience in most cases, .3 isn't quite enough, and .9 is too much.

ND/CTO is nice to use if you're using tungsten lighting.

I rarely use ND .9 but find if I need it I'll just put .3 & .6 together. Saves some $$

If I just had one, I'd use 85 ND 6. It's what I use the most.

Assuming you don't have any open doors in the shot, and are shooting tungsten.
