What Might Have Been - Short Drama

Hey all,

I released this short a few months ago. I posted over in User Films, didn't get any responses, and I figured a lot of the AF100 guys and gals may not check over in that board frequently. So, for anyone who's interested, this is a short drama that I wrote, directed, and shot completely on the AF100 back in July/August. What do you all think?

I like what you did but I think you could have added more camera angles and tight shots that would add more drama. To many long/wide camera shots. You had a some issues with focus. The direction was good and the actors did a good job.
Overall nice job!

Great job! A nice story, good acting and well shot. How did you light it?
Thank you! Really glad you liked it :) I'll get back to you tomorrow about the lighting. I was in the middle of writing a detailed post with pictures, and my browser crashed! Sadly I don't have the energy to retype it tonight :P

Thank you much! I agree with all of what you said. Unfortunately production took much, much longer than I expected and it had to be divided over two days when I expected to only take one. I wound up having to work with the actors much more than I anticipated in order to help them find their characters (and even then I couldn't quite get them where I wanted them to go, especially with the girl at the end). That, on top of more complex camera setups with the crane and dolly, made for some long shoots. Sadly, most of those scenes where it's just one long shot is because I only had time to do one take of the scene. Que sera sera, I suppose. Thanks for watching and the comments :)
