My bro just got a DVX 100A. We were wondering if we should use only Panasonic tape? Is Sony tape or TDK ok? I know with my Sony camcorder only Sony tape is recommended. Also Panasonic tape seems a bit harder to find. Where is a good palce to get tape?

thanks, Steve

It is always better to use the same brand than the manufacturer, so use Panasonic. The most important thing to do is always to use the SAME kind of tape. Try to avoid mix tapes (Sony with Pana). Each tape have different size of width and it can affect the head of your camera.

(s'cuse my english is not perfect)
