What is your workflow?

I'm trying to obtain the best youtube quality using the GH2 to get it as close to the original quality as possible that i am able to view as in PhotoFunStudio.
Here is what I'm currently using:
-Import Via PhotoFunStudio
-Import the AVCHD files into vegas
-Export Via Video4YouTube Third Party Software plug in for Vegas as a .mp4 file

So what is everyone elses workflow? Can you post Examples of your results?

1) Convert .MTS to Cineform .AVI with the 'Film Scan 2' option.
2) Rough edit in Premiere Pro.
3) Lower noise floor and and remove erroneous noises of audio in Soundbooth.
4) Sync audio to video with PluralEyes.
5) Do blemish removal mattes based on red color channel or force shallower DOF with depth mattes (motion tracking and rotoscoping) in After Effects as needed.
6) Fine edit in Premier Pro.
7) White balance and color with FirstLight synced to Premiere Pro.
8) Reduce noise with Neat Video, Unsharp Mask, Sharpen, Add Noise (to dither).
9) Render.

I just import with the SD card reader in my computer.
Convert to Cineform AVI/remove pulldown (1080p GH1) with Neoscene.
Edit (I do weddings...typically using seven individual Vegas projects and two DVDA projects per wedding. i.e. Ceremony, Reception, Highlights, all three combined, Facebook version, Smugmug version, and a project for using PluralEyes)
Sync cameras (2) and audio recorders (3) using PluralEyes
Score soundtrack with SonicFire Pro/Smartsound
Render to 720p MP4 using custom template in Vegas Pro 8 for upload to Facebook and Smugmug.
Render to 1080p MP2 using Vegas 8 for use on BluRay
Render to 1080p MP2 using Vegas 8 for use on DVD
Create menu background images from frame grabs and RAW still pictures, using Photoshop Elements 7
Author BluRay in DVDA, render to BD image
Author DVD in DVDA, render to DVD image
Burn BD using Nero Burning ROM
Burn DVD using Nero Burning ROM
Print all discs with Epson PrintCD
Put them all in plastic cases, and ship them off to the customer.
All that takes me from 1 to 6 days...depending entirely on how much Bud I drink during the week. :D Client gets their videos when they return from the honeymoon.

I learned the workflow/shooting style from this guy: http://www.facebook.com/video/?id=123089224378582

Is this thread faulty? I can't seem to see it in the GH forums...

EDIT: NM. This post seems to have brought it out of the ether. Weird.
